حذف حساب خطوبة وبياناته
على الموقع: افتح إدارة الحساب، ثم اختر حذف حسابي وأكد كلمة المرور والحذف الدائم.
في التطبيق: حسابي ← إدارة الحساب ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكد كلمة المرور الحالية والحذف الدائم.
إذا لم يعد التطبيق مثبتاً أو لا تستطيع الدخول
أرسل طلباً من بريد حسابك المسجل إلى info@khotoba.com — طلب حذف حساب خطوبة. اذكر اسمك المستعار واطلب حذف الحساب وبياناته. نتحقق من ملكية الحساب ونؤكد لك معالجة الطلب. إذا لم تتمكن من استخدام البريد المسجل، اذكر ذلك ليتواصل الدعم معك للتحقق. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز التحقق.
الحذف دائم ويزيل الملف والصور والمحادثات والرسائل وأذونات الصور والحظر والمفضلة وقصص النجاح وسجلات الاشتراك المرتبطة من النظام النشط. إذا تعذر حذف أحد ملفات الصور، يُحفظ طلب تنظيف ويُعاد تلقائياً كل دقيقة حتى ينجح. النسخ الاحتياطية والسجلات الأمنية تعالج بشكل منفصل؛ راجع سياسة الخصوصية وتواصل معنا بشأن البيانات المحتفظ بها. إذا لديك دفع متكرر لدى مزود خارجي فألغِه عنده أيضاً.
يُحتفظ بسجل خاص بالإدارة يتضمن الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والدولة والمدينة والعمر والجنس ووقت الحذف ونسخة من الصورة الشخصية. لا يظهر هذا السجل للأعضاء الآخرين. للاستفسار عن البيانات المحتفظ بها تواصل مع info@khotoba.com.
Delete your Khotoba account and data
On the website: open Account Management, choose Delete my account, and confirm your password and permanent deletion.
In the app: My Account → Account Settings → Delete account. Confirm your current password and permanent deletion.
If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in
Email info@khotoba.com — request Khotoba account deletion from your registered account email. Include your nickname and ask us to delete your account and associated data. Support verifies ownership and confirms processing. If you cannot access that email, say so and support will discuss verification with you. Never send your password or verification codes.
Deletion is permanent. It removes the profile, photos, conversations, messages, photo permissions, blocks, favorites, success stories and related subscription records from the live system. If a photo cannot be removed immediately, a durable cleanup task retries every minute. Backups and security logs are handled separately; read our privacy policy and contact us about retained data. Cancel any recurring payment with its external provider as well.
A private admin record retains your name, email, country, city, age, gender, deletion time and a copy of your profile picture. It is not visible to other members. Contact info@khotoba.com about retained records.
