1. التعليق الآلي ومراجعة الحساب

يُعلّق حساب المستخدم تلقائياً عند حظره من 10 حسابات مختلفة. يمنع التعليق الدخول واستخدام الخدمات المحمية ويخفي الحساب من نتائج البحث. لا يرفع التعليقَ إلغاءُ الحظر من مستخدم آخر، أو تغييرُ إعدادات الظهور، أو تسجيلُ الخروج والدخول. الإدارة وحدها مخوّلة بمراجعته ورفعه. يمكنك الاعتراض عبر info@khotoba.com. بعد رفع التعليق، لا تعيد الحجوبات السابقة تشغيله؛ تُحتسب 10 حجوبات جديدة من حسابات مختلفة بعد المراجعة. لا يثبت بلوغ العدد وقوع مخالفة، وتراجع الإدارة البلاغات الكيدية والتنسيق للإضرار بالمستخدمين. تُعالج علاقات الحظر وحالة التعليق وسببه وتاريخ المراجعة لحماية المجتمع؛ ولا تُنشر قائمة الحسابات الحاظرة ضمن تحذير التعليق. يُمنع التصريح بجنس غير صحيح أو انتحال الهوية للحصول على مزايا، ويجوز تعليق الحساب عند إساءة الاستخدام.

2. نطاق الاتفاقية وطبيعة الخدمة

تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام موقع khotoba.com وخدمات خطوبة المرتبطة به. ويقصد بعبارات «خطوبة» و«نحن» مشغّل هذه الخدمة، ويمكن التواصل معه عبر info@khotoba.com. خطوبة وسيلة تقنية للتعارف الجاد بهدف الزواج؛ ولا تبرم عقود الزواج، ولا تمثل المستخدمين أو تكفلهم، ولا تقدم استشارات قانونية أو دينية أو طبية. لا تُعد المراسلات أو المطابقة أو الاشتراك إثباتاً لصحة علاقة أو وعداً بالزواج. عند إنشاء حساب، يجب قراءة هذه الشروط والموافقة عليها؛ وتوضح سياسة الخصوصية معالجة البيانات بصورة مستقلة.

3. الأهلية والحسابات والمعلومات الصحيحة

يشترط بلوغ 18 عاماً على الأقل، وتوافر الأهلية القانونية، والسماح باستخدام الخدمة وفق القوانين المنطبقة عليك. لا تسمح موافقة ولي الأمر بإنشاء حساب لقاصر على خطوبة. قدّم معلومات صحيحة عن عمرك وهويتك وحالتك الاجتماعية وصفاتك المهمة وحدّثها عند التغيير. لا تنشئ حساباً نيابة عن شخص آخر دون حق قانوني وموافقته اللازمة، ولا تنتحل شخصية أو تستخدم هوية أو صوراً مزيفة أو تتحايل على الحظر. يجوز طلب معلومات متناسبة للتحقق من الأهلية أو معالجة إساءة؛ ولا يعني وجود الحساب أن هويته تحققت رسمياً.

4. قواعد المجتمع والتواصل القائم على الموافقة

التزم بالاحترام والآداب العامة وبغرض الخدمة، واحترم معتقدات الآخرين وثقافاتهم وخصوصيتهم وحدودهم. يُحظر التحرش والملاحقة والتهديد والابتزاز والتشهير والكراهية والتحريض والعنصرية والتنمر والخداع وطلب الأموال باستغلال العاطفة. ويُحظر المحتوى الإباحي والاستغلال الجنسي وأي استغلال للأطفال أو استدراجهم، والزواج القسري والاتجار بالبشر وأي نشاط غير قانوني. لا تطلب صوراً أو معلومات خاصة بالإكراه، وتوقف عن التواصل عند الرفض أو الحظر. لا تتصل بالأقارب أو جهة العمل للإضرار بشخص، ولا تنشر اتهامات أو بياناته الخاصة انتقاماً منه.

5. حماية الحساب والاستخدام المسموح

احمِ كلمة المرور والجهاز وأبلغنا عن أي دخول غير مصرح به دون إرسال بيانات الدخول. يُمنع بيع الحسابات أو مشاركتها للتحايل، والإعلانات المزعجة والتسويق غير المصرح به وجمع بيانات الأعضاء أو استخراجها آلياً، وانتحال صفة الإدارة، واستغلال الثغرات أو تعطيل الخدمة. لا تستخدم صور الأعضاء أو أصواتهم أو محادثاتهم لإنشاء انتحال أو صور مركبة أو تدريب نماذج دون أساس قانوني وموافقة لازمة. لا تُجرِ اختبارات أمنية على أنظمة الخدمة دون تصريح مسبق؛ أبلغ الدعم بالثغرة بقدر كافٍ لتحديدها دون استغلال بيانات الآخرين.

6. الصور والمحادثات والخصوصية

لا ترفع إلا محتوى تملك حق استخدامه ومشاركته والموافقات اللازمة له، ولا تنشر صور قاصرين أو وثائق هوية أو بيانات مصرفية أو معلومات شديدة الحساسية في الملف أو المحادثات. لا تصوّر أو تسجّل أو تعيد نشر معلومات الآخرين بالمخالفة للقانون أو للموافقة المطلوبة. صلاحية مشاهدة صورة خاصة لا تمنح حق نسخها أو نشرها. ضوابط عرض الصور والحظر لا تمنع كل لقطة شاشة أو نسخة سبق الاحتفاظ بها، ولا تسحب ما شاركته خارج المنصة. تسري سياسة الخصوصية، ولا يُعد قبول هذه الشروط تنازلاً عن حقوق حماية البيانات أو موافقة مفتوحة على جميع المعالجات.

7. قرارات التعارف والمخاطر خارج المنصة

المستخدمون مسؤولون عن قراراتهم الشخصية وعن صحة ما يقدمونه وفق القانون. لا نجري فحصاً شاملاً للخلفيات أو السجلات الجنائية ولا نضمن النوايا أو الأهلية للزواج أو السلامة الشخصية أو التوافق. تحقّق مستقلاً من المعلومات المهمة والمتطلبات القانونية قبل أي التزام، ولا ترسل الأموال أو رموز التحقق أو تتعامل مع فرص استثمار أو طلبات مالية من مستخدم. اختر مكاناً عاماً عند اللقاء وأخبر شخصاً تثق به. الروابط والخدمات والاتفاقات الخارجية تخضع لأطرافها؛ ولا يصبح المستخدم ممثلاً لخطوبة لمجرد امتلاكه حساباً.

8. الإبلاغ والإشعارات القانونية والطوارئ

استخدم زر الإبلاغ والحظر، أو أرسل شكواك إلى info@khotoba.com مع اسم الحساب أو رابطه وتاريخ الواقعة ووصف محدد والأدلة التي يحق لك تقديمها. لطلبات إزالة محتوى ينتهك حقاً، حدّد المحتوى والحق وصفة مقدم الطلب ووسيلة التواصل. لا ترسل مواد استغلال الأطفال أو الصور غير القانونية، ولا تستخدم البلاغات الكاذبة أو إساءة استعمال الإجراءات لإيذاء شخص. قد نطلب معلومات إضافية متناسبة ونراجع البلاغ وفق خطورته والالتزامات القانونية. الخدمة ليست جهة إنفاذ قانون أو خدمة طوارئ؛ تواصل مباشرة مع الجهات المختصة عند وجود خطر فوري.

9. الإشراف والإجراءات والاعتراض

قد نستخدم أدوات آلية ومراجعة بشرية لمعالجة المخالفات أو مخاطر الأمان، وقد تُرفض رسالة أو صورة أو يُقيَّد حساب أو يوقف. نراعي طبيعة المخالفة وخطورتها وتكرارها والقانون، ويجوز اتخاذ إجراء عاجل لحماية الأشخاص أو الامتثال لالتزام قانوني. قد تخطئ الأدوات، ولا يعني عدم إزالة محتوى اعتماده أو مراجعته. يمكنك طلب مراجعة القرار عبر info@khotoba.com وبيان أسبابه، مع تجنب إرسال كلمات المرور. قد نحد من تفاصيل الإشعار عند حماية شخص أو تحقيق أو أمن الخدمة، دون الإخلال بحقوقك القانونية. لا نضمن اكتشاف جميع المخالفات قبل حدوثها.

10. ملكية المحتوى والترخيص المحدود

تحتفظ بحقوقك في محتواك. تمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري، ودون رسوم ترخيص، لاستضافته ونسخه تقنياً وتنسيقه وعرضه ومعالجته بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل المزايا التي تستخدمها وحمايتها، وفق إعداداتك وسياسة الخصوصية. لا يمنح ذلك ملكية محتواك أو حق بيع صورك أو استخدامها في إعلان دون موافقة منفصلة لازمة. ينتهي الاستخدام التشغيلي للمحتوى المحذوف مع مراعاة النسخ والالتزامات القانونية الموضحة في سياسة الخصوصية. حقوق العلامة والبرمجيات والتصميم محفوظة؛ لا تستخدمها للإيحاء برعاية أو شراكة أو تأييد دون تصريح.

11. الاشتراكات والأسعار والعروض

راجع وصف كل ميزة والسعر والمدة وأي تجديد أو إلغاء أو استرداد قبل الدفع؛ وتسري الحقوق الإلزامية للمستهلك. الخدمة المراسلة مجانية حصرا للإناث دون مدة ترويجية محددة، ولا تتوقف بانتهاء سنة عرض الإطلاق. عرض الإطلاق يمنح أول 200 مستخدم ميزة الدردشة المميزة مجاناً لمدة عام من تاريخ التسجيل، ويُحجز المكان عند اكتمال إنشاء الحساب، دون احتساب حسابات الإدارة ودون إعادة الأماكن عند حذف الحساب؛ ولا يعني مجانية كل الميزات. تُحتسب الاستفادة وفق تاريخ تفعيلها وشروط العرض الظاهرة عند التسجيل. لا يُنشئ العرض المجاني بذاته رسوماً أو تجديداً مدفوعاً، ولا تُخصم مبالغ تلقائياً بسببه. يجوز تعديل العروض المستقبلية دون سحب مزايا مستحقة بالفعل. عالج أي دفع أو إلغاء خارجي مع مزوده أيضاً، ولا ترسل بيانات بطاقتك في المحادثات.

12. توافر الخدمة والأطراف الخارجية

نبذل عناية معقولة لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها، وقد تتأثر بالصيانة أو التحديثات أو أعطال الشبكات أو مزودي الخدمة أو أحداث خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة. لا نضمن التشغيل المتواصل أو الخلو من كل خطأ أو توافق كل جهاز. يمكن تعديل المزايا مع مراعاة الحقوق المقررة والعقود المدفوعة النافذة، وتقديم الإشعار أو المعالجة المطلوبة قانوناً. لا تعفي هذه الفقرة المشغل من بذل العناية الواجبة أو من التزامات الأمان والخصوصية أو المسؤولية التي لا يجوز استبعادها.

13. توزيع المسؤولية وحدودها

نحن لسنا طرفاً في وعود المستخدمين أو علاقاتهم أو معاملاتهم الخاصة. بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل نتائج تصرف مستقل لمستخدم أو طرف خارجي لا يُنسب إلى إخلالنا بواجب قانوني، ولا الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية غير المتوقعة قانوناً. قد تتحمل الخسائر المباشرة المثبتة التي يسببها محتواك غير القانوني أو احتيالك أو إخلالك المتعمد، وفق القانون وثبوت السببية. لا يوجد إعفاء مطلق للإدارة أو للمستخدم: لا تُستبعد مسؤولية الغش أو الخطأ الجسيم أو الضرر الذي لا يجوز قانوناً استبعاد مسؤوليته، ولا حقوق المستهلك وحماية البيانات والتعويض واللجوء للقضاء. تحدد المسؤولية بحسب الوقائع والقانون الواجب التطبيق.

14. إغلاق الحساب وإنهاء الخدمة

يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب حذف الحساب وفق صفحة حذف الحساب. يجوز تقييد الخدمة أو إنهاؤها لأسباب مشروعة مثل مخالفة الشروط أو خطر أمني أو متطلب قانوني، وبما يراعي التناسب والحقوق الإلزامية. لا يسمح إنهاء الحساب بالتحايل على القيود، ولا يلغي التزامات أو مطالبات سابقة مستحقة قانوناً. تُعالج البيانات بعد الإغلاق وفق سياسة الخصوصية؛ وقد تبقى بيانات محدودة عند وجود التزام أو سبب قانوني للاحتفاظ. تُسوَّى أي حقوق دفع أو استرداد وفق شروط المعاملة والقانون، ولا يُعد الحذف إلغاءً تلقائياً لاشتراك لدى طرف خارجي.

15. الشكاوى والقانون والنزاعات

يمكن إرسال الشكاوى والاعتراضات والإشعارات القانونية إلى info@khotoba.com مع الوقائع والطلب ووسيلة التواصل. نسعى إلى معالجة الشكاوى بصورة عادلة، دون اشتراط التواصل معنا قبل اللجوء إلى جهة رقابية أو محكمة مختصة. تحدد القواعد القانونية المنطبقة القانون الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص، بما فيها حماية المستهلك في محل إقامته متى وجبت؛ ولا نفترض أن هذه الصفحة تنشئ اختصاصاً حصرياً أو تحكيماً إجبارياً. لا تُفسَّر الشروط لمنع إبلاغ جريمة أو الإدلاء بشهادة صادقة أو التعاون المشروع مع السلطات.

16. التعديلات وتكامل الاتفاقية واللغات

تُعرض النسخة الحالية بتاريخ تحديث واضح. تسري التغييرات للمستقبل، ويُقدَّم إشعار بالتغييرات الجوهرية وتُطلب موافقة جديدة متى أوجب القانون؛ ولا يكفي تعديل الصفحة لإسقاط حق مكتسب أو تغيير نزاع سابق بأثر رجعي. إذا تعذر تنفيذ بند، يسري بالقدر المشروع أو يُفصل مع بقاء بقية الشروط، ولا يعني التأخر في ممارسة حق التنازل عنه. تُقرأ شروط الميزات والعروض الخاصة مع هذه الشروط دون تجاوز الحقوق الإلزامية. يُقصد للنسختين العربية والإنجليزية المعنى نفسه؛ عند التباس الترجمة يمكن طلب التوضيح، وتبقى القواعد القانونية الإلزامية نافذة.

Terms of Use and Community Standards

1. Automatic suspension and account review

A member account is automatically suspended when blocked by 10 different accounts. Suspension prevents sign-in and protected service access and removes the account from search results. Other users unblocking the account, changing visibility settings, or signing out and back in cannot lift it. Only an administrator may review and lift a suspension. Request a review at info@khotoba.com. After reinstatement, previous blocks do not trigger the rule again; 10 new blocks from different accounts after the review are required. The count does not prove misconduct; administrators review malicious or coordinated blocking. Block relationships, suspension status, reason and review time are processed for community safety. The suspension warning does not publish the list of blocking accounts. Misrepresenting gender or identity to obtain benefits is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

2. Scope and nature of the service

These terms govern khotoba.com and related Khotoba services. “Khotoba”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this service, contactable at info@khotoba.com. Khotoba provides technology for serious introductions for marriage. It does not conclude marriages, act as a user’s agent or guarantor, or provide legal, religious or medical advice. Messages, matching and subscriptions do not certify a relationship or create a promise of marriage. Read and accept these terms when registering; the separate Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing.

3. Eligibility, accounts and accurate information

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity and be permitted to use the service under laws that apply to you. Parental permission does not allow a minor to join Khotoba. Keep material information, including age, identity and marital status, accurate and current. Do not operate another person’s account without lawful authority and required consent, impersonate anyone, submit fabricated identities or photos, or evade restrictions. Proportionate information may be requested to address eligibility or abuse. The existence of an account does not mean its identity has been independently verified.

4. Community rules and consent

Use the service respectfully and for its stated purpose. Respect others’ beliefs, cultures, privacy and boundaries. Harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, defamation, hate, incitement, racism, bullying, deception and romance-based financial solicitation are prohibited. Pornography, sexual exploitation, child exploitation or grooming, forced marriage, human trafficking and unlawful activities are prohibited. Never pressure someone for private images or information. Stop contact when refused or blocked. Do not contact a person’s family or employer to harm them, or publish accusations or private information in retaliation.

5. Account security and permitted use

Protect your password and device, and report suspected unauthorized access without sending login secrets. Account trading, evasive account sharing, spam, unauthorized marketing, automated harvesting, impersonating staff, exploitation and disruption are prohibited. Do not use members’ photos, voices or conversations for impersonation, synthetic images or model training without a lawful basis and required consent. Obtain authorization before security testing our systems. Report suspected vulnerabilities with enough information to identify the issue while avoiding exploitation of other people’s data.

6. Photos, conversations and privacy

Submit only content you may lawfully use and share, with required permissions. Do not post images of minors, identity documents, banking details or highly sensitive information in profiles or conversations. Do not record, copy or republish another person’s information unlawfully or without required consent. Permission to view a private photo is not permission to copy or publish it. Photo controls and blocking cannot prevent every screenshot or recover copies already retained or shared outside Khotoba. The Privacy Policy applies; accepting these terms is not a waiver of data rights or blanket consent to all processing.

7. Introduction decisions and off-platform risks

Users make their own personal decisions and are accountable for their representations under applicable law. We do not conduct comprehensive background or criminal-record checks or guarantee intentions, marriage eligibility, safety or compatibility. Independently check important facts and legal requirements before making commitments. Do not send money or verification codes, or pursue investment offers or financial requests from members. Meet in public and tell someone you trust. External links, services and private arrangements remain subject to their own parties and terms. Having a Khotoba account does not authorize anyone to represent Khotoba.

8. Reports, legal notices and emergencies

Use reporting and blocking tools or email info@khotoba.com with the account identifier or link, dates, a specific description and evidence you may lawfully provide. For rights-based removal requests, identify the content, the right concerned, your authority to report and contact details. Do not send child exploitation material or illegal images. Knowingly false or abusive reports intended to harm others are prohibited. We may request proportionate supporting information and prioritize reports by risk and legal duties. Khotoba is neither law enforcement nor an emergency service; contact the competent authorities directly in immediate danger.

9. Moderation, enforcement and review

Automated tools and human review may address misconduct or security risks. Messages or images may be rejected, and accounts restricted or suspended. We consider the nature, seriousness and repetition of conduct and applicable law; urgent action may protect people or fulfill legal duties. Tools can make mistakes, and leaving content available does not endorse it or certify review. Request a review at info@khotoba.com with your reasons, without passwords. Notice details may be limited to protect people, investigations or security, subject to legal rights. We cannot guarantee detection of every violation before it occurs.

10. Content ownership and limited licence

You retain rights in your content. You grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, technically copy, format, display and process it as needed to operate and protect the features you use, subject to your settings and the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership or authorize selling your photos or advertising with them without required separate consent. Operational use of deleted content ends subject to copies and lawful retention explained in the Privacy Policy. Our branding, software and design rights are reserved. Do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement without permission.

11. Subscriptions, pricing and promotions

Review each feature, price, duration, renewal, cancellation and refund condition before paying; mandatory consumer rights apply. Messaging is free for female accounts without a promotional expiry and continues after the launch year ends. The launch offer grants the first 200 regular user accounts one year of free premium chat from registration; a place is reserved on completed account creation, admin accounts do not count, and deleted accounts do not restore places, not every feature. Benefits follow the activation date and offer conditions shown at registration. The free offer itself does not authorize charges or paid renewal, and does not cause automatic billing. Future offers may change without removing benefits already earned. Address external payments or cancellation with that provider as well. Never send payment-card details in conversations.

12. Availability and third parties

We use reasonable care to operate and protect the service. Maintenance, updates, network or provider failures and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device. Features may change subject to acquired rights and active paid commitments, with any notice or remedy required by law. This clause does not remove required care, security or privacy obligations, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Allocation and limits of responsibility

We are not a party to members’ promises, relationships or private transactions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independent user or third-party conduct that does not arise from our breach of a legal duty, or for indirect, consequential or legally unforeseeable losses. You may be responsible for substantiated direct losses caused by your unlawful content, fraud or intentional breach, subject to applicable law and causation. Neither staff nor users receive absolute immunity. Fraud, gross negligence and other non-excludable liability remain, together with mandatory consumer, data-protection, compensation and court-access rights. The facts and applicable law determine responsibility.

14. Account closure and termination

You may stop using Khotoba and request account deletion under the account-deletion page. Access may be restricted or ended for legitimate reasons such as violations, security risks or legal duties, proportionately and subject to mandatory rights. Closure does not authorize restriction evasion or remove obligations or claims already accrued under law. Post-closure data handling follows the Privacy Policy; limited information may remain where a lawful duty or basis requires retention. Payment and refund rights follow the transaction terms and applicable law. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription held with an external provider.

15. Complaints, applicable law and disputes

Send complaints, review requests and legal notices to info@khotoba.com with the facts, requested remedy and contact details. We aim to handle complaints fairly, without requiring you to contact us before approaching a regulator or competent court. Applicable legal rules determine governing law and jurisdiction, including mandatory consumer protections where relevant. This page does not impose exclusive jurisdiction or compulsory arbitration. Nothing prevents reporting suspected crimes, giving truthful evidence or lawfully cooperating with authorities.

16. Changes, the agreement and languages

The current version carries a clear update date. Changes apply prospectively, with notice of material changes and renewed agreement where required. Editing this page alone does not remove acquired rights or rewrite an existing dispute retrospectively. An unenforceable provision applies only to the lawful extent or is severed, leaving the rest effective; delay in exercising a right is not a waiver. Feature and offer conditions supplement these terms without overriding mandatory rights. Arabic and English are intended to carry the same meaning. Ask for clarification of translation differences; mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
